Amazon partners with Gopuff to expand UK grocery business Recent news: Amazon has recently reached a cooperation with Gopuff, a quick delivery operator, to expand the coverage of its grocery business in the UK starting from this week.
Customers across the country can order a variety of products provided by Gopuff through the Amazon website, including groceries, snacks, beverages, daily necessities, etc. The delivery time is as fast as 15 minutes, with all deliveries arriving within 60 minutes.
Prior to this cooperation, a pilot project had been carried out in Birmingham and Salford, and Gopuff will join Amazon’s existing partner in the UK. Gopuff focuses on Greek and Georgian products, high-end gourmet foods and daily necessities.
Currently, it has launched promotional activities: 50 kinds of core groceries are priced the same as those in Aldi, ice cream is at a 50% discount, and some fresh food and meat and fish sets are on special offer at 12 pounds for three portions.
In addition, Amazon Prime members can enjoy free delivery when their first order reaches 20 pounds, and can also get a 15% discount on the first six orders.
